吉祥宝聚寺 BW Monastery - No. 1 Woodlands Drive 16

The BWM Community Care Department (CCD) was set up in August 2019, as the welfare arm of BW Monastery with the mission to serve the community, through caring for self and others. We envision towards a distinctive community of caring individuals who in turn actively care for others.

This is facilitated through our existing programs like year round care pack giving for the less privilege within the Sembawang GRC. These distribution are purposely crafted to enable it to act as a meaningful platform for residents in Sembawang GRC to participate and care for their immediate neighbors as well. Beyond that, CCD currently also runs a Short Term Financial Assistance Scheme (SFAS) for eligible families and individuals.


建立一个互助与分享的社区

社区关怀处（“CCD”）成立于 2019 年 8 月，为吉祥宝聚寺属下的福利组织。我们关怀的对象是居住于三巴旺集选区的弱势群体，给予他们常年生活上的援助，以达到凝聚社区、共享经济成果的目标。

我们也会尽力协助急需援助的家庭，提供他们生活上的基本需求，以缓解他们眼前的难关。社区关怀处致力倡导道德价值观，通过主办具教育性及多元化的活动，将社区关怀与慷慨分享的美德传递给年青一代。

我们在心灵关怀方面为志工们提供内部培训，让满怀热忱的志工们能更好地掌握关怀技巧，以便踏入社区实践关怀他人、派送礼包及推展短期经济援助的各项计划时，能以同理心给予关爱。

我们希望通过种种的活动，包括个人与家庭支援服务、社区关怀计划，与其他团体、赞助者携手合作，进一步提升社区的整体生活素质。
