Turning the School into a Big Loving Family!

We need to find a way to turn the school into a big loving family.  We must find a way to make it happen! If we can’t find it, what shall we do?  We supplicate to Master Jih-Chang, make offerings to the Triple Gem and continue to find, search and explore until we have a solution!

When there is a will, there is a way. We will definitely find the way to turn the school into a big family where the seniors will look after the juniors, and the juniors will appreciate and respect the seniors.  Although teachers and students’ relationships are usually formal, where the teacher is respected and has absolute authority, there is one type (of relationship) where it is warmer and friendlier, like friends keeping one another in company.  In this way, we will be able to nurture people who are more jovial and tolerant.

要走出一条路来，把学校变成温馨的大家庭，一定要走出一条路！找不到路怎么办啊？祈求师父、供养三宝、继续找、继续摸索、继续探索！
 
总有一天精诚所至，金石为开，我们一定找到路！把它变成一个大家庭 ——大的呵护小的，小的体谅大的，尊重大的；师生之间师道尊严，也有一种比较温馨的，像友伴相互陪伴的感觉。这样的话，我们培养出来的人，会比较阳光，比较宽容。
